Dr Rajat Bhargava’s
distinguished education Excellency in M.S. in Technology, PhD in Geo
Engineering, Master’s in Business Administration in Finance and LLB has
significant accomplishment.

In the year 1990, Dr Rajat
Bhargava joined the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) from Uttar Pradesh to
Andhra Pradesh Cadre. Since then, Dr Rajat Bhargava has successfully assumed
several portfolios starting from State to Central Deputation. His remarkable
achievement was, as Joint Secretary in the Union Finance, heading Budget
Session during Shri Late Arun Jately, the then Finance Minister in 2017. Currently
holding the portfolio of Spl. Chief Secretary to Government, Revenue &
YAT&C in the Government of Andhra Pradesh. 

In the other side of the coin, Dr
Rajat Bhargava is an expat author in Finance. He published several books amidst

 ‘A to Z of Financial Management in Autonomous
Institutions’ has
gained huge publicity
